Complaints
Our barristers and staff generally offer a very high standard of service but, occasionally, clients do feel that they have a complaint. If you wish to make a complaint it must be addressed to the Standards Committee and sent by letter to Chambers or preferably by email.
Chambers take all complaints very seriously and endeavour to resolve them within a reasonable time-frame depending on the nature of the complaint.
If a complainant is still not satisfied they can contact the Bar Standards Board who regulate barristers and are responsible for ensuring that the high standards of profession are maintained.
A complainant can also contact the Legal Ombudsman
