Chambers has a strong and expanding employment team which offers expert advisory and advocacy services in all areas of employment law. Members are regularly instructed by leading firms and the team offers a complete service, from initial merits assessments, opinions and drafting, to representation at Case Management Discussions (CMDs), Pre-Hearing Reviews (PHRs), multi-day final hearings and appeals to both the EAT and High Court.
The team provides high quality representation across all levels of call and allows chambers to provide employment advocates which are tailored to our clients' requirements. .
Members regularly undertake work on behalf of both claimants and respondents in Employment Tribunals and County Courts across England and Wales, with a number of our team also appearing in Scottish Tribunals.
