With a vast knowledge of commercial contracts, trade and intellectual property law, the specialist team are able to operate throughout an array of institutions and who are pleased to accept instructions in respect of arbitrations run by LCIA, CMAA, ICC, AAA, ARIAS, ICSID, ICDR, WIPO and many more. Members of Chambers are also able to offer extensive experience in litigating the effects of both these and other arbitration proceedings and are frequently instructed in the enforcement of arbitration awards.
Our dispute resolution barristers regularly appear on behalf of clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings and have the experience to do so both in the domestic and international spheres.
