Marc specialises in civil law. His main areas of work are now in the fields of commercial and personal injury litigation.
However, he has a wide range of expertise and has appeared in a number of reported cases concerned with varied areas of law and at various levels of tribunal and court, including the Privy Council in Re Welsh on appeal from the New Zealand Court of Appeal and as an advisor in the Isle of Man in Hellyer -v- Hellyer.
