Members of this group act on behalf of members of various professional bodies in the discipline arenas such as Doctors, Nurses & Midwives, Police Officers, Teachers and, Accountants. Members of this group have acted on behalf of various Police Services, Solicitors and other Professionals.
Practitioners have acted on behalf of private clients facing Regulatory prosecution by such bodies as Environmental Agency, Trading Standards, Civil Aviation Authority, F.A.C.T.
Members of the group also regularly prosecute for The Environmental Agency, Trading Standards and other regulatory bodies.
Members of Chambers frequently act on behalf of Prisoners facing adjudications for breach of Discipline rules and also before Parole Board hearings
Counsel have also appeared on numerous occasions on behalf of one of the country's biggest owners of Licensed premises in a variety of tribunals. They are willing to undertake all levels of applications and hearings from the grant of first licence at Committee Stage through to appeal in The House of Lords.
Members of Chambers also appear in Court Martial hearings throughout the UK and Europe on behalf of British Soldiers
