What We Do

Members of chambers act on behalf of publicly funded and private clients in all arenas from the Magistrate and County Courts to the Court of Appeal and House of Lords.

Members frequently appear in various different forums other than courts such as immigration appeals tribunal, Coroners inquests, Criminal Injuries Compensation hearings, licensing sub-committee hearings and varying disciplinary tribunals.

Chambers possesses excellent conference facilities including video conferencing, state of the art computer system which allows members remote access so that up to the minute case developments or client requests can be immediately responded to.

Case papers are electronically scanned and can be linked to those instructing allowing both parties to view the same document at the same time.

Chambers has first rate on-line research and library facilities. Chambers has an ongoing programme of training and education. Members regularly give external lectures to a variety of clients and public bodies on all areas across our practice. Recent seminars have included Prison Law, Forensic Science for Lawyers, "Deaths in Custody" An Inquest Prospective, and “Disclosure Revisited”. See our events link for regular updates.

Chambers clerking team is able to provide Counsel at short notice via its 24 hour contact number.

The clerking team will also provide weekend cover for those cases which require such a service.
